Ray served KBR and BE&K Construction as Principal EPC Project Manager, Project Manager/ Project Superintendent for over 35 years on large heavy industrial projects. He is experienced in all aspects of project execution, including the initial business development, contract negotiations, planning and scheduling, coordination of engineering, procurement and construction, client relations and executive status reporting.

Projects completed included grass roots EPC, major expansions, and shutdowns predominately in the Pulp & Paper and Power Industries. Contract types have included lump sum and cost plus, some having bonus/penalty elements, and project values to $500MM.
